Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use any of these
processes yourself?
Yes, every single one.
We don’t build systems
we wouldn’t trust inside
our own workflows.
We use automation
and AI internally to:
- Organize intake
- Structure candidate
and client information
- Draft first pass
documents
- Reduce repetitive
admin work
- Keep our systems
clean and consistent
It allows us to stay
focused on what
actually matters
like relationships,
strategy, and
people.
That said, we’re
intentional about
how we use it.
AI supports our
thinking.
It doesn’t replace
it.
We believe
technology should
strengthen human
judgment but not
override it.
If it doesn’t make
our own work better,
we don’t recommend
it to you.
Will this replace my team?
No, and that’s not the goal.
These systems are designed to handle repetitive, time consuming tasks so your team can focus on higher-level work. Think of it as removing busywork, not replacing people.
Your team still makes decisions. This just helps them get there faster.
Is our data safe?
Yes.
If you choose the in
house system, your
data stays inside your
own environment.
If you choose the
workflow automation option, we use trusted platforms with secure
data handling practices and proper access controls.
We build with privacy
in mind from day one.
How long does setup take?
Workflow automation: typically 3-5 weeks. Per workflow.
In house AI system: typically 20+ weeks. Please reach out with your information and we will create a time estimate.
We’ll always walk you through each part of the process so you know what’s happening at every step.
How quickly will we see
results from our
automation?
Most workflow
automation clients
feel the impact
almost immediately
often within the first
month.
For in house systems,
efficiency gains usually
become clear within
the first few months
of use.
The biggest shift is
time back in your
day.
What if our processes are
unique?
That’s normal.
We don’t plug you
into a generic
template. We design
around how your
team already works
and improve it from
there.
Customization is
part of the process.
What are the trade offs?
We believe in being transparent.
For workflow automation:
- You’ll rely on trusted third-party platforms.
- It’s powerful, but not meant to be a full internal tech infrastructure.
For in-house systems:
- There’s a higher upfront investment.
- Setup takes longer.
- It’s best suited for teams with consistent document volume.
We’ll help you decide what makes sense before you commit.
How do we measure the
value?
Most clients measure
impact in:
- Hours saved per week
- Faster turnaround times
- Reduced manual errors
- Less administrative stress
We focus on practical
improvements and not
vanity metrics.
What kind of ongoing
support do you provide?
We offer optional
monthly support
plans that include:
- Adjustments as
your workflows
evolve
- Improvements to
prompts or logic
- Troubleshooting
- Expansion as your
team grows
You’re not left alone
after launch.
Do we need to understand
AI to use this?
Not at all.
If you can send an
email or fill out a
form, you can use this
system.
We handle the
technical side.
You just use it.
What’s the first step?
We start with a
conversation.
We’ll review:
- Where your team
spends the most time
- What feels repetitive
- What slows things
down
- What you want to
improve
Then we recommend
the right solution,
not the biggest one.
