Brand Vibes Talent Partners was founded by two women with a shared conviction for high level recruiting

After years of sitting on both sides of the hiring table,
we saw the gap between what businesses needed and how recruiting was being done.
Too often, the process felt impersonal, transactional, and misaligned with what we know actually drives long term success.

So, we decided to do things differently and find people who fit your business culture.

Backed by our foundation in organizational psychology and hands on experience with building teams from the inside, we created a recruiting partner that doesn't just fill roles.
