You understand and agree that: We do not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or hiring outcomes. We do not guarantee candidate placement or candidate availability. Any timelines, projections, or expectations discussed are estimates only. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including client decisions, candidate decisions, and market conditions. Use of this Site does not create a recruiter client relationship, employment relationship, or guarantee of services unless a separate written agreement exists.

     B) Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You agree you will not participate in a class action or class wide arbitration against Brand Vibes Talent Partners.

    C) Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for: intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, security related issues

11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a specific dispute, then you agree that any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with revised “Effective Date” and “Last Updated” dates.
